Hirsch Summary
A and B, at a feast, had taken off their outer garments and inadvertently exchanged them when dressing later. Upon returning home, A discovered the mistake and sent his servant to exchange the coats with B. However, the servant was robbed on the way, and the coat was stolen. B refused to return A's coat without compensation. Moses ben Samuel Israel declares B's demand unjustified. Cf. No. 913.
