Hirsch Summary
Someone on his deathbed disclaimed his last written instructions, which were found in the designated place. They stated that his three sons A, B, and C should inherit him according to the laws of the Torah; A and B should each inherit a third, and the remaining third, namely 25,000 guilders, should go to C. However, at the time of the testator's death, the estate was worth 150,000 guilders, and it had likely been valued the same at the time of drafting the testament. Abraham Raphael ben Chajim Albergue awards C the other 25,000 guilders as well. Cf. No. 127.
