Hirsch Summary
Someone swore that his eldest son, due to his immoral lifestyle, should not receive anything from him either during his lifetime or after his death. However, he stipulated that his sons (he had only two) should inherit him. The younger son argued that this general statement did not matter since the father had not revoked the oath. David ben Raphael Meldola opposes the elder son's inheritance based on these arguments.
