A, a resident of Jerusalem, instructed B, while he was in Egypt, to sell the property located in Jerusalem. Shortly thereafter, he gifted the same property in a document to C. When A died, B was unsure to whom he should hand over the proceeds of the property, to A's heirs or to C. Moses ben Samuel Izrael allocates the proceeds to A's heirs.
