Hirsch Summary
A handed over inferior goods to B for him to sell in another city. B was supposed to receive a quarter of the profit as compensation and free meals for the duration of his activity. When it turned out during the settlement that this compensation exceeded the proceeds, A refused to pay, especially since B had meanwhile handed over the goods to a third party, albeit unsuccessfully. According to the ruling of Abraham Fidanque, A is obligated to pay according to the agreement.
