Hirsch Summary
A, who was childless, appointed his friend B as his heir. B died before A, and A then bequeathed his estate to C and D. After A's death, B's son demanded the entire inheritance, claiming that the second will was invalid. David ben Raphael Meldola supports B's son if the first will was indeed valid, making B the rightful owner at that time.
