Hirsch Summary
A and B often used to borrow money from C for the operation of their business. Despite always setting a repayment date, they often returned it late. When they once again wanted to repay a long overdue amount, C refused to accept it, stating that an enemy army was approaching and he could no longer safely secure the money. His business partners were supposed to take the amount back and pay it later. They did not do this, but left the money with him against his will. As C foresaw, the city was plundered, and the money was stolen. C later demanded the amount again from A and B. Samuel Salomo a Catan decides in his favor.
