Hirsch Summary
The youngest son received silver and gold utensils from his father during his marriage, in addition to money, which was the same amount his three older brothers received. He wanted to keep these utensils when dividing the inheritance. However, his three brothers demanded that these utensils be included in the division since the father had reclaimed the identical utensils given to them for their weddings after some time. He would have done the same with the youngest if he had not died earlier. Moses ben Samuel Israel rules that the youngest son does not need to include the utensils in his share.
