Hirsch Summary
Two brothers, A and B, inherited two houses from their father. A was constantly traveling, while B lived off the rental income from the houses, especially since A had waived his share of the rental income for the benefit of his brother. After B's death, A wanted to take possession of the houses. However, C, who lived in the houses, claimed to have bought them from D. D had allegedly purchased them from E, and E from B. C presented the purchase deed from D, but both D and E were deceased. Moses ben Samuel Israel decides that C is the rightful user of the houses.
