Someone appointed his only daughter as the heir to his estate, with the provision that if she died childless, the Talmud Torah in Safed would become the inheritor. The daughter died without leaving children. Now, the legal heirs of the man came forward and demanded the inheritance. Additionally, doubts arose about the validity of some property sales made by the daughter. Moses ben David Rodriguez Lopez decides: the properties were validly sold, but the rest of the estate belongs to the legal heirs.
