Hirsch Summary
A guardian sold a gemstone, which was worth twice as much, for 100 Gulden. About a year later, the ward - a student of Torah studies - returned and reproached the guardian. The guardian admitted to acting improperly. However, the buyer refused to return the stone. Jacob ben David Fidanque decides that the buyer must return the stone.
