PEH605
Title
PEH605
Hirsch Summary
A demanded that B pay a promissory note in which B admitted to receiving a sum from C out of A's estate. However, B said he had nothing to do with A, only with A's former guardian, C. He insisted that C must come and swear that he had not already collected the debt. Moses ben Samuel Israel decides that B's objection is not valid; A may swear that C did not tell him when handing over the note that the debt mentioned therein had already been collected.
