Hirsch Summary
A widower married a young girl, and in the marriage contract (Ketubah), he stipulated 1,000 fl. and other valuables. Nothing was specified regarding the husband's inheritance rights. The husband outlived the wife, who left no children. Meir ben Abraham Hakohen Alfasi rules that the wife's heirs are entitled to half of the Ketubah.
