Hirsch Summary
A had given one of his properties to B as a gift without specifying which one. It is asked whether A could revoke the gift or whether he was obliged to at least transfer the smallest of his properties to B. Moses Alvares ruled that the question could only be seriously considered if B had acquired a property through one of the prescribed methods of property acquisition. But even then, he had no claim because there was a dispute between Maimonides and Rabbi Abraham ben David (RABD) regarding whether the smallest property should be allocated in such a case, and B could not compel A to hand over anything.
