Hirsch Summary
An inquiry regarding the obligation to repeat the prayer after the meal is as follows: a.) on New Year's Day, b.) by a sick person on the Day of Atonement, c.) during the third meal on a Sabbath that coincides with a festival. Isaac Saruco rules that the prayer after the meal should be repeated in all three cases.
