A woman had mistakenly cooked meat in a dairy pot. On that day or a different day, she had previously cooked milk in either this pot or another of the same shape. Before she could determine in which pot she had cooked the milk, the empty pot broke. Samuel ben Salomo a Catan forbids the consumption of the dish and the further use of the entire pot.
