Hirsch Summary
A and B, two active partners, invested 700 and 600 Minen, respectively, in a partnership. C, the silent partner, contributed only 300 Minen. Since no agreement existed regarding profit distribution, a dispute arose about whether profits should be divided based on capital or per capita. Menashe Delgado decides that C must provide A and B with a reasonable compensation for their work upfront.
