Hirsch Summary
An unpaginated and unnumbered dedication page by Juda Piza. Following that is an inquiry from Salomo Sarucco: A man had two sons, A and B. He bequeathed 5,000 guilders to A due to his poor conduct, and the remaining 15,000 guilders to B. At A's request, he initially decreed an equal division through a new document on his deathbed. However, as his tongue faltered, he signaled that he was retracting this second document. Juda Piza ruled that if the last expression of will was clear, A should receive only 5,000 guilders. To ascertain the will of a person who cannot speak, it is necessary to present them with six different questions, to which they must respond three times 'yes' and three times 'no.'
