Hirsch Summary
A married the unborn daughter of his friend B. After her birth, A died; one of A's brothers wanted to enter into a levirate marriage with the girl in order to access A's money. Aron Ledesma decides that for the girl, either levirate marriage or chalitzah applies; financially, however, this has no influence, as all of A's brothers inherit equally.
