Someone gave a divorce document (Scheidebrief) to his wife, which was supposed to take effect immediately if he did not return home within 30 days without unexpected delay(???? ) . The man delayed his return because he wanted to act as a mohel (ritual circumciser) in the city where he was at the time, as there was no one else available. On his way back, he died. A dispute arose between the wife and the brother-in-law regarding the existence of the specified condition (????), as it might have applied to him.  (see 574 and 636).
