Hirsch Summary
Two Jews testified that a man, locked in a cabin, perished with a ship. Samuel b. Salomo a'Cathan prohibits a woman from remarrying. The same would apply to the sister-in-law (widowed from the deceased man without children) who was assigned to the deceased man's brother. However, if one of them remarried without the court warning her, she would still be allowed to remain with the second husband.
