Hirsch Summary
The heirs of a man demanded from his partner, who did not want to continue the partnership, that he should swear that since the beginning of the partnership, he had fulfilled all his duties as a partner in every respect. Jonah ben Menasse Abarbanel affirms the obligation of this oath (21st Shevat, 1665 years after the destruction of the Temple).
