PEH065
Hirsch Summary
Someone had no money to buy goods he needed at the market. He asked his friend to buy them for him and intended to compensate him with an additional percentage after 3 or 4 months for his efforts. However, the friend had concerns that this surcharge might violate the Torah's prohibition on interest. Abraham da Costa Abendana considers these concerns valid and allows only that the friend calculates the higher price for the goods without explicitly showing interest in the accounting.
