Hirsch Summary
A engaged in a gemstone business with a non-Jewish individual, C, at B's house. During their interaction, B exchanged some words with A in a language not understood by C. Later, B claimed that he was entitled to half of the profit, while A stated that he had only intended to give B a gift. Physician David ben Jacob de Meza ruled that, according to the letter of the Torah, A owed nothing to B and should give him a gift. See reference 781.
