Hirsch Summary
Someone married a woman with money that he had acquired in the Sabbatical year without observing the proper formalities. Then, a second person married the same woman, arguing that the marriage with the first man was not valid. Doctor Aron Ledesma decides that even if an item had been used for the Kidushin, which would undoubtedly be rabbinically prohibited, they would still be valid; in this case, where the rabbinic prohibition is doubtful, they are certainly valid.
