Hirsch Summary
Someone who left behind a son and a daughter bequeathed 4000 Gulden to the daughter, with the rest going to the son. However, if the son were to die childless, the daughter would inherit everything. When the son felt his death approaching at the age of 18, he bequeathed 4000 Gulden from his estate to his mother and the rest to his sister. The guardians of the daughter did not want to recognize the legacy to the mother. David ben Raphael Meldola decides that the guardians are in the right.
