Hirsch Summary
A man entrusted his money and other belongings to another before embarking on a journey. A creditor of the absent man learned of this and demanded that the custodian deliver some of the items, which the custodian refused. The creditor then demanded that the custodian pay the debt of the absent man. Jacob ben David Fidanque rejected this.
