Hirsch Summary
A, B, and C operated a business together overseas. A died, and B brought the body to a nearby Jewish cemetery. During this time, bills were presented. C, who did not want to redeem them, fled with some of the assets and engaged in piracy. B only managed to get payment extension with difficulty, paid off slowly, and then returned home with A's widow and C's wife. There, he continued his business. After some time, C returned from India with shiploads of goods. B argued that the old partnership still existed and that C must give him half of his wealth. C refused. Abraham Fernandez ruled that C was only responsible for the old debts. The partnership dissolved with A's death.
