Hirsch Summary
A, in great distress, pawned an old family-owned Torah scroll to B for 500 Sus. B wanted to be repaid the amount after 3 months. When the time was up and B pressed for repayment, A agreed to sell the scroll to B for the loan amount. Later, when A came into money, he wanted the Torah scroll back, claiming that the agreement was made only to buy time. B refused. Isaak Saruco sides with A. Refer to source 849.
