Hirsch Summary
A man left behind several female slaves whose duty was to serve his wife. His son claimed these slaves, arguing that his father had gifted them to him during his lifetime, with the condition that they would only fall to him after his death. The wife objected, wanting to retain the girls for her dowry claims. Isaak Henriquez Faro sides with the son, except when there are no other assets from which the wife could be compensated.
