Hirsch Summary
Someone specified that their sons should set aside 40,000 fl. annually for the dowry of an orphaned bride. Due to a legal dispute among the sons in non-Jewish courts, their entire wealth, including the 40,000 fl., was lost. The sons died, and their reconciled grandchildren regained wealth. They asked whether they should reserve the 40,000 fl. for the original purpose. Isaak Saruco approves their intention, even though he believes he cannot enforce it.
