Hirsch Summary
Similar to the case in No. 133, but with the difference that the eldest daughter received a dowry of 40,000 fl. (currency). The two unmarried daughters were also entitled to this amount. Isaak Sarucco ruled that the daughters had inherited this money upon their father's death and that it was therefore their property. This page bears the cipher code 501. The following one, which bears the page number 129, shows 44 at the bottom; however, the dating confirms the correctness of the sequence of responses, i.e., it proves that these expert opinions belong together in succession.
