Hirsch Summary
If a pan has been used to cook Trefah (non-kosher) meat and has remained unused for two years, should it be gluhed (heated to a high temperature) or just kashered (boiled in boiling water)? Isaak Sarucco rules that it should be gluhed. However, if the situation involves using the same pan for kosher meat (Kosher-Fleisch-Tiegel) to prepare milk dishes, kashering would suffice.
