Hirsch Summary
A rents a house to B for a specified period. However, B's wife was suffering from a highly contagious disease at the time they intended to move in. A wanted to prevent B from moving in due to this reason. Chija Cohen de Lara advises that if A would have rented the property to a similarly ill third party, it would not be a valid reason to deny B's entry.
