A widow, whose husband left her, slept with another man has a child 8.5 months later. Whose child is it and how long does she need to wait before she remarries?

A person left his house on the first day of nissan and nothing was heard from him until 10 days later when they found his body drowned in water. And they brought the body and they recognized him and buried him. After this a rumour went out that the widow had become pregnant from frivolous relations, and she gave birth to a boy on the 15th day of cheshvan, i.e. 8.5 months after the departure of the husband. And the matter was loked into and it was found that she had a relation on the 4th of Nissan. Now the question is what is the nature of the child, and also if she needs to wait before she remarries and for how long?
