Hirsch Summary
Someone had to drink three cups of wine daily as medicine, with spices and herbs cooked in it. He asks if he can use this wine for Kiddush, Havdalah, and the four cups of the Passover Seder. Salomo Jessurun decides that in this case, the spices and herbs are the main thing; therefore, one does not recite the blessing over the wine, but rather "Shehakol." Hence, the answer is no.
