Among the deceased's documents, the heirs found a promissory note from B for 400 guilders. B claimed he had already paid it, which was corroborated by C, the deceased's brother and partner. Despite this, the heirs demanded payment. Moses ben David Rodrigues Lopes imposes an oath on the debtor.
