Hirsch Summary
A had placed a floor of his house over the street onto the wall of B. When this upper floor became dilapidated due to heavy rainfall, it had to be demolished. During the reconstruction, B objected to his wall being used again as a support. He claimed that his wall was dilapidated and therefore needed to be renewed. However, his new wall should not bear any load to better preserve it. Samuel Mendes de Sola decides in favor of A, regardless of whether B actually builds a new wall or not.
