Hirsch Summary
A man swore to a bride that he would marry her at a specific time, and at the same time swore that he would not take another wife during her lifetime. Before he brought the bride home, a sister-in-law became available to him. Is he still bound by his oath? Salomo Mendes Coutinho rules that the vow, as it is an oath, can be annulled.
