Hirsch Summary
A lent B a sum of money with a Shetar Isska [thus against permitted interest]. When B had to leave, he deposited the money with C. When he demanded it back, C refused to return it, claiming he had a claim against A, for which he presented a receipt. B argued that A had already paid. Immanuel Oheb Abendana decides: C must swear that A has not yet paid, and then he can keep the money. However, B has nothing to pay to A.
