It mentions the rector Rabbi Daniel ben David Hacohen d'Azevedo and the administration of Ez Chajim. The printers are the widow and orphans of Joseph Proops, residing on the "strooi-marek, 'es sibnte huis von de neie gaß." Printing year 5567.
