Hirsch Summary
A widow, without having sworn her Kethuba, married a second man. She retained more of the property of her first husband than her Kethuba promised. When she died, a dispute arose between the second husband and the heirs of the first husband. Immanuel Oheb Abendana decides that the heirs of the first husband have only to claim what undoubtedly belonged to the first husband.
