Hirsch Summary
A brother who was on his deathbed implored the other to arrange adjacent burial plots for them both. The surviving brother promised to do so and purchased the two burial plots. However, when he left the community due to disputes and joined another community in the same city, he asked about his vow and the burial plot. Samuel Mendes de Sola decides that this vow cannot be annulled. If the burial plot remains empty, it can be sold by the heirs.
