Hirsch Summary
A rented out a lottery ticket from the General Estates Lottery(???? ??????"???? ?? ?? ?????"??????) of the 6th class to B for 6 weeks for compensation. They agreed that if the ticket won during this time, the winnings would belong to B. Now, the handwritten number list at the end of the 2nd week (No. 24) showed the relevant number as a winner, so B kept the ticket. However, the next handwritten drawing list (No. 25) listed the ticket as a loss. From the later printed lists, it turned out that the second indication was correct. Consequently, A demanded compensation from B, pointing out that if he had returned the ticket in time, he could have rented it out or sold it again. Jacob ben Salomo de Meza dismisses A's claim.
