Hirsch Summary
A took wood from B and built a sukkah (temporary hut for Sukkot) with it. On the first day of the intermediate days of the festival, the act was discovered, and the Beth Din ruled that A must either pay B the value of the wood or return the wood to him after Sukkot. When the sukkah was overturned by a storm the next day, B wanted to take his wood back, while A, citing the ruling, wanted to give him only the money immediately, as he intended to rebuild the sukkah.
Immanuel Oheb Abendana ruled in favor of B.
