Hirsch Summary
A house of a foreign cult had collapsed. Part of the building material was for sale, and another part could be taken by anyone. Joseph ben Moses Alvares prohibits buying the building material; however, one may take what is lying around and has no actual utility value. The situation would be different for metal intended for melting down.
