Hirsch Summary
On the way from the slaughterer to home, someone lost a chicken. They turned back and found a chicken at the slaughterer's gate. The piece had no special mark, although the loser believed they could recognize it with reasonable certainty. The slaughterer had not slaughtered any "trefah" piece that day, so the found chicken could not be prohibited. David ben Raphael Meldola allows the consumption of the chicken.
