Hirsch Summary
Two merchants, A and B, entered into a partnership agreement. They worked in different locations and mostly met only to settle accounts. B conducted a lot of business with C and became so friendly with him that C bequeathed him 3000 florins. A claimed half of this amount, arguing that the friendship arose only through the business relations. Joseph ben Moses Alvares rejects A's claim.
