Hirsch Summary
A and B entered into a partnership agreement and invested 200 and 100 respectively. Goods were purchased with the money. B took these goods to another country and sold them there. With the proceeds, he bought new goods and sent them to A, who was supposed to sell them again. A sold part of them to two merchants on credit, despite warnings from B's wife to these merchants. The merchants ceased their payments, resulting in the loss of the outstanding debt. B wanted to hold A liable for the entire loss. Jacob de Tovar rejects B's claim.
