Hirsch Summary
A and B jointly purchased a dilapidated house and had it restored. A provided the money for the restoration. It was agreed that A and B would each live in the house for 3 years alternately. After A had lived in the house for five years, B demanded rent for the last two years. A refused to pay rent and also refused to vacate the house until B paid his share of the restoration costs. Abraham ben David Fidanque decides that A's refusal is justified.
